I have to say that the location was good The beach it’s a 5 min walk, it has a pool close to the the beach actually on front. The only problem we had was the check in Not clear where to go. So to check in you have to go to the Esmeralda resort.

Beautiful property on Sandy Beach

This property was so beautiful and clean. The location is perfect and right in the middle of all the resorts on the beach. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like on the inside. The only issue we had was check in was a bit of a process over at another resort and then waiting almost 40 minutes for someone to come unlock the property with a key since we only had the passcode. Communication is a little hard but only because you are in Mexico but the phone number was how we reached the property management and they were always friendly. Also the WiFi did not work our entire stay and the management couldn’t seem to fix it. But overall the stay was amazing and we would stay there again!

good for family

i going to start off with the negative, nothing major, but a little bit of inconvenience, to check in, We had to go over to a different location, to get wrist bands, and leave deposit. other than that condo was great close to pools and close to the beach. staff was very helpful. would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity again. thanks again
