“Amazing and comfortable room, close to the beach and very convenient”

“Our check in time was supposed to be at 4 pm but we were arriving at the hotel at 10 am after having left our cruise. My children were exhausted and needed to sleep but we didn't have anywhere else to go for 6 hours while waiting for our room. We notified the management at our hotel of our situation and they went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:30 at no extra charge. At one point our internet went out so we notified staff and within minutes we're contacted and given……

“The Ithaca had caught a fire so they moved me to the meridian hotel, which was nice! Staff were great surroundings were beautiful only problem that I had was it was no elevator and no microwave in the rooms.”

“No happy with hospitality. Had 2 towels for 4 days. Not good. No hand towels! Second to last day saw maintenance man and asked for towels for the room he generously brought us more towels that we check out the next day. Great location love the room could’ve been better with regular glasses or a cooking pan. It was just a pot.”

“We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint we would have is that the bathrooms are slightly outdated in comparison to the bedrooms but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and……

“My stay was great at the Fifth Hotel. Very safe neighborhood and very walkable. Looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and the halls smelt pleasant. Family friendly and very quiet. Although staff aren’t on site except for cleaning service, the staff were very responsive and caring through text, and the manager called to ask how my stay was. My only complaint would be that the door is very light and isn’t completely sealed all around, so you can hear any conversation in the hallway……

“The place looks nothing like the pictures. It's old and dank. Needs updating. Staff is incompetent. I paid for the hotel thru expedia. The Hotel also charged me when I called to dispute the double charge the Staff member hung up on me . Chase bank was on the call with me as proof of the horrible service. Stay at your own risk”
