The proximity to the Malecon was great. Water was good and hot. The internet worked well. The location is on a busy noisy street. Balconies connect to each other, there is no separation between units so you have concerns of security. The front of the building has been refreshed but the side of the build needs updating and the rails changed out. We did not get the junior suite we paid for. The lady in the afternoon front desk was not friendly and had an attitude. The pool is located beside a restaurant accessible to the public. I would book somewhere else.

The location was perfect. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was a lot of black mold at this hotel. The pool is a lot smaller then it looks in the pictures.

I don't recall seeing that there was no elevator. 6 steps up to the lobby, ok. From there another 35 steps up and down to my 2nd floor room. Poor.
