The place overall is great! Only gripes are it's a bit of a slog to get a surfboard to the good spot, like 4 blocks of walking. Also my room didn't have a microwave or toaster those items would have been appreciated!

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

Extremely clean hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Rich and tasty breakfast. We visited their restaurant also, called La Capella, just top notch food and service. The best romantic stay for couples! Amazing view and location! Very grateful to the staff, thank you guys!

Our stay was great overall! The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the spacious pool area. While the pool could use some upgrades, it was very large and never felt overly crowded. It’s also a great resort for families with kids. The food was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the dining options. We had the all inclusive. The entertainment was okay, although the audio definitely needs some improvement. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return. Unfortunately, the beach was closed during our stay due to hurricane season, so we’d love to come back another time to enjoy the beach and experience everything the resort has to offer!

It is confusing when you’re in a group and not everyone has the same benefits. There are also no beach chairs so we stayed mostly at the pool.
