SOHO PV is an iconic 11-story tower designed by the developers of Pier 57\. This urban Oasis was designed from the ground up with unparalleled amenities and will offer what most only dream of, being in the heart of the Romantic Zone, with spacious balconies, Ocean and Town views and a focus dedicated to the highest level of luxury, comfort, and service. 122 Luxury residential condominiums with expansive private balconies and over 9.8-foot ceiling heights give the feeling that the residence merges into the ocean. Private elevators every 2 residences, finished wardrobes in master bedrooms, premium European kitchen cabinetry, premium European marble flooring, recessed lights throughout, showers with glass enclosures and the best finishes available \*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes. \*\*\*Important Notice\*\*\* Starting on Monday 24th, the lounge chair area will be temporarily closed to allow for essential repair works. The pool will remain fully available throughout. The works are expected to take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
