“A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs……

“Great little place. All you need for a stay in Mexico on a budget. We loved how it was in its own little oasis. Tons of lush plant life and trees on the property so you feel transported, even though it's right off the main street. Great pool area too. Location isn't the most vibrant part of PV but everything is within 5-10 min taxi so not a big deal. Nice to have the big grocery store next door.The rental manager was very responsive when I messaged them and I had no real issues the whole time.……
