“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”

“After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to spending some time in the woods, under the stars. However, the entire bus was filthy,(except for the sheets) the place smelled awful...smoky, musty and like the whole barn had lived in it at some point. It was muggy and quite honestly, kinda seemed like a place you might come away with bedbugs or maybe even lice...nothing was mowed or weed whacked, the hammock was moldy and there was dirty dishes sitting on the table outside……

“Oh my. Where to start. It’s off the beaten track which is fine as we went to Applebees which is also off the beaten track. I don’t think the bed was changed. There were “people” indents in the bed and little “crumbs” and the bed smelled liked a man’s cologne and so did one pillow. No Kleenex - but they did bring us a box once they understood what it is we were asking for. A previous guest left behind left over travel size shampoo and conditioner that didn’t match and it was still on the……

“Decent middle of the road hotel. Fairly clean and spacious room, and and they served a pretty good free breakfast. Useless weight room.”
