“The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were nice, especially Kim, who prepared a delicious breakfast each day. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received. We've stayed at this location for many years with previous owners and everything was above and beyond our expectations. A little different this……

“My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone……
