It was much larger than expected, and with a sofa. It was clean and comfortable. We left. No heating, room was very cold, we had to sit with anoraks on.. Hot water was stone cold. Couldn't wash/shower/bath.They said they "had heating problems" and obviously knew that long before we arrived. Being reasonable people, we gave them a few hours to fix it but it didn't happen very quickly. Very unprofessional. A gem of a place to stay and excellent value for money. Owners and staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is very good and the attached bar/restaurant is well stocked and the food is excellent.
