"We could not have enjoyed our stay any more. Having the entire family together for the first time in 6 years in such a beautiful house was unbelievable! All of the amenities were wonderful and al ten of us had more than enough to keep us entertained. If everyone's schedule can be coordinated, we have already talked about doing this again next year at Heron Point. Thank you for everything!!! Only comments I got from the group regarding "wishes" were more dish towels and bath towels.Charlie"

I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. "

"Everything was wonderful! The ease of access, the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful rooms, fireplaces, everything! Short of groceries, we had everything we needed to enjoy a week away! There were a couple of things that could have made things a little easier - figuring out how to operate the fireplace and the thermostat were a little tough. Having some instructions around would have helped. But, having young adults around helped alot!! We got it figured out and thorouvhly enjoyed everything!Thank you. I look forward to my next getaway!!"
