"We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious. A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though we understand it was an accessible room and we booked it because the standard king rooms were unavailable; a closet or larger clothing rack would have been helpful; having outlet hubs on both sides of the bed would have been more convenient; and while the WiFi was very easy to connect to, it did go in and out during our stay."

"The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down."
