“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things……

“This stay was nothing short of perfect, in large part due to Melba and her family were incredible hosts. My husband and I drove up from TN for a family reunion, and loved having a place to stay all to ourselves. The location was great--only about 20 minutes to where we needed to go in any direction. Melba even gave us permission to go look at their new baby goats, which absolutely made my day. I cannot wait to come back! I will mention that it does get bright as the sun rises, and the best is……

“Stay was overall enjoyable, the house was generally clean, and mostly well supplied. One big concern was not having communication on how to get into the property until the night before and only after I texted, called (could not leave a message), and contacted VRBO customer service. That said, once I got the information checking in was easy. There was only one coffee pod for the Keurig. Toilet roll in the bathroom was nearly empty - and no other rolls in the bathroom. Towels, washcloths, toilet……

“I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active……
