We had an Ocean View room with a stunning view of Moorea in the distance. The view alone blew our minds. The room was also quite large, clean, and comfortable. The property is beautiful, with a large pool, a private lagoon with lots of fish and water the temperature of bath water. I am a critical traveler. I have not rated straight 5's out of 5 in a very long time. This property earned these points. We stayed for 4 days and were very pleased. They have good restaurants on the property but if you are staying for more then two days a short walk will take you to some wonderful local food. Check out the Sunset Roulotte for some amazing pizza and crepes. We loved Tahiti so much that we want to go back one day. When we do, we will stay at the Te Moana Resort. We really liked this place.

This property had a beautiful pool and outdoor area. Breakfast was good. Definitely signs of wear and tear. The most awful thing was the smell of the ac in the room. It smelled moldy and the shower was gross.

Good choice for Papeete resort - bit cheaper than others so well priced. Great surf break out front. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the natural lagoon pool. Mojitos were good too.

Outstanding lagoon and pool. Although the propert needs remodeling to truly shine, it was a pleasure to stay. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was that at night, the motus were all researved by people not staying in the hotel, limiting a lot the sitting options. Guests should come first.

The manager Rai at Ta Moana was phenomenal! She made every effort to make sure we had a memorable experience. She was friendly and always had a smile! The entire staff was fantastic! Kayak and snorkel rental was included. The water is clear and landscaping well done. Several sharks pass by the dock. Will definitely recommend this resort!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We scored a free upgrade which did not disappoint! We stayed in an ocean view room with a massive balcony which was the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets. The pool and lagoon areas are the perfect place to relax. We ate dinner at the restaurant and was some of the best food we ate in French Polynesia. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many different options available. I would highly recommend this resort to family and friends.

The stay was excellent. I had some questions according to some of the reviews I saw, but I have 0 complaints. Food and drinks were great. Easy parking. room was perfect and HUGE. Beds comfy. Wifi excellent. Oodles of hot water with tons of pressure. Staff over all were very helpful but a special thanks to the guys over at the activities desk. Super friendly....hooked me up with some diving, a sunset boat cruise and a Safari trip to the waterfalls. We will be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

The resort is perfectly located on the water. There are a variety of water sports available, the mini motu was so relaxing. The staff were kind and welcoming. It is a great location we would love to return to. The only complaint we have is that the suite we were in smells of mildew.

This hotel was a cheaper hotel to stay at while waiting for a late night flight. The hotel was ok. The worst part was when checking in we asked for a taxi to the airport late at night. We were assured to have one. We did not!! The man at front desk when we needed to leave had to try a few times to get us one. We were worried we’d miss our flight!

This is a beautiful resort and the staff are fantastic! It’s extremely expensive and the food choices tended to be very bland and I would have liked more. Overall it’s a good place to have a beautiful vacation!

We had a standard room which was really comfortable but missing a couple of basic things like a kettle and coffee mugs or a knife and fork or spoon. The fridge had nothing at all in it. Just had a pod machine with four pods and espresso cups. The staff are just amazing though and super friendly and the pool bars and restaurant are awesome. Also did the snorkel took which was worth every penny, our guide Keanu was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw lots of rays and turtles and kept us all safe.

Nice location and great pool and lagoon setting, rooms and service to a medium/high standard. Easy parking and close enough to the shops. We are glad we had a rental car to expore the Island with and visit other hotels as cultural shows were elsewhere.
