Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do but not pretty by any stretch The breakfast was pretty good and the staff friendly. The bad was the smallest shower I have ever seen, and it leaked no matter how we tried to adjust the shower curtain. It smelled humid and the tv didn’t work properly which is not huge if you’re there to explore. Ariel was especially nice and helped us with our check-in and providing useful information about Punta Arenas. Room and bathroom was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with good coffee. Area is quiet, we slept well and we had off-street parking. Would stay here again. It’s more like a guest house with some en-suite rooms. We got an en-suite and both the room and bathroom were clean. The facilities were fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was OK. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options - fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereal, meat and cheese or pastries.
