"I was upset that i booked the resort side not hotel it was not clearly explained the difference when you book. Resort side did not offer room service did not have coffee in room. Resort side perfect for family that wanted to prepare meals in room the room was nice, spacious. But we wanted hotel wirh room service "

"Whenever I go to Je-ju, I typically choose Haevichi since it always meets my expectation. It's a great place for a family trip. The restaurant is bit expensive, but the food is always good. It has many convenient amenities such as coin laundry, convenience store, etc. If you want some get-away vacation in Je-ju, I would strongly recommend Haevichi. "

"Beware to those who stay at this hotel. The pictures look great, but the spa itself is actually just the pool(?) outside the room and the public pool. My fiance went when during the spring when there's intermittent rain so I was really looking forward to using the small private pool at our room; however, the pool had the same debris in it the both days we were there and the faucet was really slow at filling the pool to the extent that I gave up. "The place was clean and the staff was very nice and informative and spoke good English. There was some construction going on outside thankfully we couldn't hear from our room so good noise canceling from the rooms. You can tell the hotel is a bit older on how the bathroom design is, but it didn't bother us. It was still perfectly function it was just different which was kind of fun. I like that there was a path right next to the hotel to walk along right next to the water. Took this path multiple times to go eat and shopping. Would stay here again"
