“Unser Aufenthalt im Marie Al Deluxe Apartment war leider eine durchweg negative Erfahrung. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Wir erhielten keinerlei Informationen zum Check-In und mussten das Apartment stundenlang suchen. Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Vermieter zunächst nicht – erst später erschien er. Beim Check-In erfuhren wir, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt war, obwohl er in der Anzeige ausdrücklich als vorhanden angegeben war. Wir sprachen den Vermieter mehrfach darauf an. Seine……

“The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea……

“Very nice hotel for our specific needs during our 1 night stay in late Dec 2025. Spacious and clean room for three people. Decor gives you a sense of Albania with dominant wood design as well as modern features. Reception was more of a host than a staff member as he accompanies you to your room to make sure that everything is in order and if you have any questions. He is welcoming, friendly, humble, and extremely hard working. Not a buffet style breakfast but an individual plate with more……
