Wonderful overnight stay. The staff were amazing, room was impeccable-we even had a welcome note. Location and parking were good. Kids were able to swim and play basketball and all felt safe. Definitely recommend this hotel for families.

This property wasn’t too far from the Vibrant Arena, we were in town for a concert. Friendly staff, I asked for extra pillows and I received them within 5 minutes. The beds were comfy.

The property and hotel were very well kept. It was a style of hotel that was very accommodating and had that homey feel. The rooms were efficient and had everything you would need in a very nice arrangement. Hotel staff were very friendly.

We live in Virginia Beach but we are from the QC and every year we are in town we stay here. The price is right and it’s quiet. We have stayed there a hand full of times and never had a problem. I stayed last week alone and as a woman I felt safe and comfortable.

This looks and feels like a newer property. The room and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was above average in this price range and any staff we interacted with were kind, ourteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Nothing bad to say, other than I wish they’d fix the whirlpool? Nonetheless a great stay!

Fantastic service!

The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met.

The hotel was great but the room where we stayed in has a wasp nest outside the window and my kids got scared. On the night we stayed there there are lots of kids checked in and some of them decided to play the dingdong ditch. Other than that the staff are great and the place is clean food is okay. We’ll definitely come back.

Disappointed

We checked in around 10pm, so granted that was late, but the room we initially got was not turned over by maid service, so we had to go back to get a new room. Front desk staff was perfectly nice and apologized. The following day there was no hot water left to take a full shower. Overall was disappointed.

The staff; friendly and personable. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the springs as you tossed and turned to get comfortable. My shoulders and body ached in the AM. No mattress topper for comfort or bed bug cover for safety, mattress stained.
