This is my 2nd time staying at the property. The property & room are clean, I did not use the pool, but I could see it from my ocean view room. It does not appear that any other guest used it either. The breakfast was nothing much... my 1st stay we were given ham & cheese croissants, this time just plain ( I assume a budgeting issue). The Ham and cheese croissants is much preferred. Also came with coffee, creamer, chocolate croissant & orange juice (not fresh). The kitchenette was in great condition and super clean.

Room was a good size. Lived the balcony and murphy beds. Everything was clean. Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Hotel gym was a huge disappointment, old and they charged you to use it.

Hotel overall was very good. Not perfect (it’s not the Ritz Carlton), some blemishes here and there. We were in the Marina Building. Perfect location to beach and pool. My only real complaint would be the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Almost everyone. Every house keeper we walked by seemed miserable, and maybe it’s because they were. We never found that in Cancun, Aruba or Grand Cayman. And it was almost every single employee. I always smiled and said a simple “hello”. Most employees just completely ignored us. A few gave a very grumpy “hi” at best. We’ve been to SXM 4 times before and I don’t remember employees at hotels acting like that. That being said, we would still come back as we liked the hotel/location.

Coral Beach Club was a wonderful choice for my family. (Husband/Wife & 3 little ones)The property was meticulously kept, and the Villa was cleanly and spacious. The Staff was kind and attentive. Special thanks to Bernadette! We utilized our splash pool, and the nearby sister resort’s infinity pool and market place as well. The Big Fish Restaurant offered high end dining and an array of dishes for any palate to enjoy! The location is on Dawn Beach yet minutes away from Orient Beach, and many excellent restaurants on the French side! We definitely recommend and hope to visit again one day!

The property was fantastic 10/10. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at Panorama Residences.
