Convenient location to many attractions. Room cleaning was questionable. There was hair in the shower and we constantly had to request towels to be stocked in the room.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach is very small but it’s clean. The restaurants are good. The rooms could be clean better. Some of the staff makes you feel unwanted mainly the housekeeping staff. If the beach was bigger and some entertainment I would definitely return back to the resort.

Suzanna and Hattie front desk ladies were fantastic! They helped me out so much! The driver was wonderful all the staff were so friendly! Love them. I will say if you’re not ready to walk up & down stairs, or don’t have a rental car, it was a little tough. Other than that no issues here friends and I enjoyed ourselves.

This was our third stay at LaPlaya. Had a great time as usual. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good and staff is excellent. Nice to be able to walk to the small stores for snacks/drinks/etc. Also some great restaurants just a minute’s walk away.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Carlos for giving us such a warm welcome with drinks upon arrival. He took the time to explain the room, hotel amenities, and what to expect from both the resort and the surrounding area, which made us feel comfortable and excited right away. Also special shoutout to everyone working valet from May 14 to May 19. They were extremely friendly and made each experience hassle free. The hospitality from everyone at the hotel made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
