Just the room had some smell and bathroom were just old and dusty. Dryer not working sink just overflows

Impeccably squeaky clean! We love this hotel so much that we even asked for 1 hour extension late check out.:) It's true that the hotel is staff less and seemed less secure for solo traveler especially for women. Traveling as a family, we didn't have this feeling and instead impressed by how clean and functional the facility and the system were. A day prior to check in, we were sent a secure link to complete the check in, followed by a code and a map to store our luggage around the corner at a separate building. Following that, everything was a breeze, utilizing code to get in/out of the facility instead of a hotel card. The staff (whoever behind the screen) responded promptly and made sure we were taken care of. The only "flaw" thing was, the overhead shower didn't work. We were ok with this and used the handheld, but thought that some ppl who love hand-free shower would have been inconvenienced. The facility doesn't have elevator so ask for a 2nd floor if there is anything open. It's located in an active area with restaurants and grocery nearby. We heard downstair pub music on our first night (Wed night) that fortunately didn't go beyond 1 am. The walk to the upper town funicular will take about 30 min, more/less. I'm glad to know I have a place to come back to whenever I visit Quebec City in the future. This place is a gem!

Il y a eu beaucoup de bruits de par les autres hébergés qui riaient et parlait très fort sur l'étage, très tard jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. La chambre était quand même très propre. Par contre, on a manqué de serviettes qui devaient être demandées et la femme de chambre n'a pas remise de tasse se café. Sinon tout était parfait.
