“Photos on the both hotels.com and the property's websites totally misleading. This property is not in good condition at all, back stairs from the carpark to the room did not feel safe. "Beer garden" was not maintained and uninviting. Room was clean including the bathroom, fridge and aircon good. Location is good, worried about the security for our car. Common areas tired and grubby. ”

"We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the ceiling onto cars. Definitely not worth the price."
