"Absolutely awful experience. First day I check in, there are bugs EVERYWHERE. Sheets were not clean, floor was dirty, the condo was not cleaned prior to moving in. Appliances don't need connect to the outlets because their plugs are the wrong type. "We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA with our family. The location is excellent, especially with its convenient access to SM City North EDSA, which made shopping, dining, and getting around Quezon City very easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and our family felt very welcome throughout our stay. What stood out most was the friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Everyone we encountered was professional and accommodating and made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were very good, and the location was extremely convenient for our family. After spending several days here, it really felt like a comfortable home base for our time in Quezon City. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality shown to our family. We would definitely stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA again on our next visit to the Philippines and would happily recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Quezon City.
