Last-minute hotel deals in Makati

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.

The best pool

This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious.

We stayed for 12 days and it was wonderful. Brrakfast was great. Shout out Chef Freddie. He did a great job of delicious food at Citron buffet. Shout out Ri-Arr and Cristian and Diane at Citron who took good care of us every morning.also shout out to Efren who did a great job taking care of our room.I will highly recommend this place. I work in Manila once a quarter for two weeks. I've stayed at every global name hotel in Makati and a few on the fringe of Metro Manila (City of Dreams/Resorts World). This is my new favorite hotel for sure. The staff is awesome - they remembered my name and preferences. I was recently here during my stay in Manila, I stayed here for a week. This place is topnotch. Excellent location, clean rooms and general areas, and most of all awesome staff from the desk service to the people who clean your room. just awesome. They also go above and beyond to respond to request. Food also tastes good in their cafe. I would stay here again whenever I'm back in makati. The hotel is up to US standards, I can compare the service to the well known Beverly Wilshire. excellent.

The property is so clean, the staff are super friendly. location is excellent. I accidentally left our room open, the housekeeper called security to check our room to make sure nothing is missing and they lock the door and notified us. Breakfast is sooo good, pool is clean and huge. we will definitely go back. I like that there is a washer and dryer in the room and grocery store downstairs.
