"Needed a place in the area for a family funeral in Alba. This was a short 8 miles away and perfect for us. Cozy tiny house was tastefully decorated, well equipped, very comfortable! Bed and linens were so comfortable! The heat outside was in triple digits, but inside the AC kept us very cool. YouTube smart TV and relaxing sofa was perfect! Shower is roomy. Full size fridge and stove were a plus. Roads in the neighborhood are a bit rough, but it did not deter our restful stay! Definitely would stay again!"

"This was an extremely quiet and relaxing place to stay. My wife, four kids and me stayed here for eight days. We weren’t ready to leave on the final day. Lake access was perfect. Early morning coffee on the front porch even better. The entire property is well maintained as well as the hot tub. Plenty of trees to shade up while barbecuing down by the water. If I could rate this place higher than a 10 out of 10 I absolutely would. Given the opportunity we will definitely travel across the great state of Texas to stay here again."

"Had a great stay! The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a long day on the water. The coffee pot and Keurig were nice touches, and it was great to have coffee, tea, creamers, and filters all ready to go."
