"Upon arrival the flat was not clean. We had to call John and inform him. Not what we expected after an 8 hour drive. After 2 hours the cleaner had just finished cleaning the flat. The rooms were nice, though the bigger bedroom's beds were hard and uncomfortable. The cleaner did not leave hand towels for the bathrooms she just left one towel per person.
