In a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped heated (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 2.4 km, concrete beach 10 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. HR3703.631 is situated on the same property. The apartment house "Mare" is situated on the same grounds (2700 m2) with the apartment house "Tomislav", with swimming pool for shared use with counterflow.
