The space in the room was fantastic. Very quiet area and clean. We wish the pool had been open! The weather certainly was good enough for it to be. With the climate that NC has, I personally think the ‘season’s good start earlier.

Staff was great! Zack did a great job and was very friendly and professional. We had a two bedroom suite and it was huge! Almost everything you need (kitchen, two REAL bedrooms, three tvs, fireplace!). For the cons: The beds were really...really firm. If you like that, you will be happy. We like soft... It was not good for us. The pull-out was almost useless. Very "poky" according to our daughter and no bed had much in the way of blankets. Your refrigerator has an ice maker so the hotel does not and it had not started to make ice. They have bags of it in the lobby. Finally, the water in the bathrooms (showers, toilets, etc.) are really loud. Wake you up loud. All of that said, we really did enjoy our visit and can believe the great reviews. Just not quite our hotel (my 12-year-old son disagrees with our review. He loved everything about it!).
