The room was very clean and the check in princess was smooth and easy. The staff were very nice. The only thing was the housekeeping staff was incredibly loud in the halls starting about 4 hours before check in time. Not the worst thing ever but it was a little frustrating because we were traveling and I was very tired. We would definitely book again.

Nice to have the parking option and shuttle when leaving RDU. Just beware the shuttle is advertised as 24 hour but it is not. It starts running at 4am so if you need to be at airport earlier than that you will have to find another way. We ended up ubering. Just wish we knew that ahead of time. Hopefully they change their advertising.
