Property was okay. Seemed like it used to be a run down property that was renovated by Hilton and made to look nicer. Biggest concern is that I booked this specific location based on an indoor pool being listed at the location. I booked this spot over other options so my kids could swim. They were very excited. But after checking in we discovered the pool was locked with a "sorry" sign for our entire stay. Also, $10 a day for parking? The parking lot was no different from any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Properties in this same area don't charge this.

The single worst hotel experience of my life. The door to my room didn't reach the floor - there was a 1-inch gap underneath it that allowed light and sound in, plus whatever vermin might be living in this disgusting hotel. Front desk told me "no one has ever complained before, so it's not a problem". They refused to move me, and they were rude. Plus there were broken lights in the hallway, and the elevator on my floor didn't have a working "down" button. This place was falling apart.

Great shuttle service to airport and very accommodating staff. Nice big room. Those were liked. Dislikes were a room with the AC set to 66 and kind of a sour smell, trash not emptied under the desk and only one bar of soap for two sinks and a shower. Minor, but it is a Hilton after all.

Very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was on time and friendly driver as well. The bed did have a large dip in the middle making it a bit uncomfortable
