"The room was very clean, so no complaints there. My main issue was the noise, I could hear everything happening in the room next door. The pools were extremely crowded, and while I don’t mind kids having fun, both hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were filled with kids as well, so there wasn’t really an opportunity for adults to relax. The air hockey table was broken and not all of the arcade games were working, which was disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was phenomenal and the service was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient with Settlers Green just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking."

"Parking was excellent. There were so many excellent choices for breakfast and the hours for breakfast were very convenient whether you are an early riser or sleep in for a bit. The water park pool is safe and fun for littles, but if you want a pool for swimming; this is not it. Very clean rooms with super comfortable beds. Very pleasant and helpful staff. "

"Went during the winter time, so there was not a lot of activities, obviously. Extremely limited with food options. Not a whole lot to choose from for light options on the menu in the main hotel."

"The guy who checked us in was not good. Little things add up, and (for example) the wifi password would have come in handy. Our room had two TVs, but only one remote. And we would have benefitted considerably from a fireplace tutorial. There was a young lady at the desk later in the week who was great, by the way. Also- we were there during a week that the town of Lincoln is largely “closed for business”. I understand why the hotel might not want to share that info, but we paid peak prices during an off-peak week. Beautiful place, but next time I’ll stay somewhere less pricey."

"Only issue was the arcade. Ate $6 and nothing worked. Other than that, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful hotel, STUNNING views, incredibly kind staff. Wish we had stayed longer!"

"Decent hotel/motel great location for where we we going (hike) . Clean room, fridge is nice to have with small freezer to keep ice packs cold -River view was more like a stream not sure if it’s heavier in the warmer months. Stayed only one night. Probably wouldn’t book a week long vacation here but seemed good for families. Staff was nice and helpful breakfast was decent. Waffles ,continental, eggs sausage. Would stay again max 1-3 nights"

"I was very unfortunate to be placed in a room infested with bed bugs. My entire family was bitten and we had to put our clothes and luggage in trash bags. On the bright side, the outlets were close-by so we were able to buy new clothes. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good but even if you pay me I will not go back due to the infestation."
