Would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The Villa was beautiful and spacious and we used the kayaks, SUP boards and bicycles a few times. The Villa had everything we needed and a lot more. Full kitchen and the private pool was perfect! Didn’t want to leave!!

Awesome spot, very quiet part of the island. Great snorkelling just outside the doorstep. Plenty of turtles swimming by. Great complimentary equipment to use.

Spectacular! Private on beach with full view of ocean. Very clean and a great host. Snorkeled a lot they have snorkel gear, kayak and sups. Saw lots of good stuff snorkeling. A must stay. We will be back.

Amazing villas with private pools. Comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful with arranging tours and being flexible about checkin and prepping for the trip.

A few ups and downs

We arrived and upon checking in we were told that our booking had been cancelled by the hotel by mistake even though I had been emailing them in the lead up to our arrival. To their credit they were able to check us in for our 4 days however this meant moving into 3 different rooms during the 4 days which wasn’t feet convenient for us but at least we had somewhere to stay. Steph was really apologetic and tried to do her best to compensate us and we were actually able to see the different types of rooms they had but it wasn’t an ideal situation. The rooms were really spacious, clean and had great amenities and were in a really good location. Only downside of the second villa we were in is that it’s totally open and some people walking along the beach would come right up to the villa and be looking in while we were inside

The owners and staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly. The villas have quality bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks that are free to use and plentiful. We will be back!

Relaxing stay at sea change

Had a lovely stay at sea change villas. They were very accommodating on our final day when they could not provide a late check-out. The villa itself was very comfortable and well equipped, and the facilities available made the stay very relaxing and easy.

Having your own private pool was wonderful in the 30 degree plus temperatures. Other than the roosters, this is a very quiet and peaceful location with good beach access. Please note, however, that if you are staying in the Lagoon View Executive Villas that claim "you can enjoy watching the breaking of the waves on the reef from the front deck" that actually due to palm trees the view is VERY limited. The basement game room was also very musty, probably due to the significant amount of rain they had before we arrived. We also killed 6 cockroaches during our stay so make sure you are okay with that too. Some advertisements for this place also indicated free wifi - this isn't true and you will need to pay for it. We would still recommend this resort as compared to many others found on the island.

This place is amazing! Spent 4 nights in a beach front villa, it was a great finish to our two week stay in the Cook Islands. Will definitely be back and stay for longer next time.

Wir hatten eine seaviewvilla mit direkten Zugang zum Wasser, ganz toll. Kühlschrank bei Ankunft für den ersten Morgen gefüllt. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Aufenthalt.

Super Selbstversorger-Hotel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vom Personal bis zur Ausstattung der Zimmer war alles perfekt. Alle sind sehr freundlich und helfen immer gerne weiter. Die Lage ist toll, es werden Kanus, Surfbretter und Schnorchelequipment kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Als einziges Manko müssen wir nur sagen, dass dem Shuttlefahrer (zum Flughafen) die falsche Abholzeit mitgeteilt wurde und wir dann in der Nacht etwas in Panik geraten sind, dass wir nicht rechtzeitig an den Flughafen kommen. Es war eine knappe Geschichte, aber wir wurden dann doch noch geholt. Da so ein Fehler jedem mal passieren kann, würden wir das Hotel dennoch jedem sehr empfehlen.

Private week at the executive lagoon villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week long retreat at the sea change villas. Kudos to the team that Beverley and Craig have put together in this little slice of paradise, they were all very welcoming, approachable and professional in all of our dealings with them and can't recommend them enough. The executive villa itself was private, very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. The outside area is secluded, well laid out and makes for an easy transition from ocean to pool.

Great waterfront villa on a beautiful island

My wife and I enjoyed staying in our large villa that provided all the amenities that we needed and more. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, which made getting oriented with the island that much easier. They were a pleasure to deal with and I appreciated that they asked for our flight details before our trip and arranged a pickup and drop-off upon my arrival and eventual departure. The staff also provided a listing of restaurants and excursions that offered inclusive transfers to, and from, our villa, which ensured we got to where we needed to go and had a ride back afterwards. The villa was spacious and well maintained. The appliances appeared to be new. The units and grounds were always clean. The accommodations included snorkelling gear, aqua shoes, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc., so plenty of recreational activities to choose from. There was an in-suite kitchen and communal BBQ for those days that you chose to eat in. We enjoyed our stay and the service that the staff provided. We would definitely go back.

Do yourself a favour and stay here!!!

Stayed in Villa no 7 - what a treat. Clean, beautifully furnished with everything you need. Pleasantly surprised at arrival to see breakfast items in the fridge as well as a bottle of wine. Having my own pool was just luxury. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are huge with double shower and lovely. The villa was pristine. You don't need a scooter - just flag the bus outside on the road.

Lovely villa right on the beach

We had one of the villas on the beach. Villa is new, comfortable and well equiped. Fridge even came with complimentary food and drink. Bed very comfortable. It was a little windy during our stay otherwise we would have spent all the time on the deck and in the pool with the lovely views.

Great facilitaties

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Change, pick up at airport was excellent, arrived late at night & flight was late, but no problem, we were picked up with a smile & refreshments. Arrived at Sea change to find a very welcome 'welcome gift', including wine, bread , eggs & much more. Met the staff the next day very helpful, organised a hire car and told us all the great things to do. Villa was very clean & had all the comforts of home. At dinnertime, some local resturants are happy to pick up & drop off, no extra charge, which meant we could really relax. The lagoon is great, very calm. We used the supplied surf ski & 3 person kayak, also had bicycles for guest use, they really thought of everything, it was a fantastic place to stay.
