"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. "Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. Finally we spoke to someone who assured us someone would be there to help when we arrived at around 8pm. From then on it was fine, although the door key didn't work initially. Staff that greeted us were pleasant."

"This apartment was such a god send after 4 days of hiking the camino and in 35 degree weather as well. We booked the day before because we absolutely wanted a place with air conditioning and this place was perfect!! The staff was also incredibly accommodating by letting us check in 2 hours early so we could get out of the midday sun and temperatures, which we are incredibly thankful for. The room was perfectly clean and came with little snacks, tea, and water, which was very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable (especially after staying in hostels/albergues) and it was super convenient not to need a travel adapter for the outlet since they have USB and USB-C ports for you to directly use. Do be warned, it is a little small but there’s enough room for bags/luggage and for you to walk around and that’s all you need for a stay that is otherwise perfect!"

"I had a wonderful night contemplating my Camino de Santiago. The staff could not have been more helpful, I was there on the feast of San Juan, so some things were closed, but mostly everything was open! The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that I knew places I could eat with Celiac disease. I wish I had more time there!"

"The ac was not working in one of the rooms, I reported since the first day but nothing happened, they brought me a small fan a heater that make more noise that cooling anything. El hotel muy bonito pero el problema del aire mucho calor en una de las habitaciones, lo reporté pero no se arregló, mucho calor para dormir. El desayuno puede estar mejor, el parqueo muy pequeño que problema para entrar o salir muy incómodo para parquear."
