Great office staff but rooms have no closets or drawer space, you are basically living out of suitcase. Suitable for 1 night stay in downtown Belfast.Disappointed with Expedia as they told us this hotel was 4 star after we had a last minute cancellation from a 2 bedroom apt. with a kitchen and laundry and booked us I here for 4 days.. Told them wanted something similar and this is what they provided. Didn't have opportunity to look at hotel or reviews as we were on bus excursion and was depending on Expedia staff to provide us with comparable but gave us the cheapest possible accommodations. Called to complain but said we approved the hotel but did so only when Expedia staff said it was 4 star hotel.
