“Lovely hotel, reception staff weee very polite & welcoming. Thanks goes to the kind house keeper who supplied items in our room despite it not been on her job list. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread. “Absolutely wonderful stay! The B&B was charming, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly stood out was the breakfast — hands down one of the best we have ever had. “Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. The room was big enougb fornthe 2 of us and had a good sized ensuite shower room. The rooms facilities were excellent. Smart tv, wifif and smart heating as well as a kettle……

“I recently stayed at this hotel in the Lake District with my family for five nights. Our main goal was to climb Scafell Pike, and this hotel stood out as the nearest option within my price range.
