- Mountview is a great location within Red Deer, close enough to enjoy the transportation benefits of 32nd Street and far enough away not to hear them. This is a quiet location with a 500 foot walk to buses to take you anywhere within the city. There is a large park behind the house with a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor ice rink (winter), a community hall if you want to rent for a family reunion, etc. , a fantastic outdoor gym (free to use), and a playground for the kids.
