“We love that you allow furrever friends to join us and your staff is always amazing.
The A/C in our room and the fan in the pool room need maintenance as they were noisy.

“We had a rather large room with a king bed, nice balcony, and a fan. No airconditioning. To be fair, airconditioning is almost certain to be rarely needed, and the fan did help during the heat wave. On the positive side, all the staff, from the front desk, to the room cleaners, to the servers in the restaurants, to the chair operators, were friendly and professional. If you are like me, staff are important and often can make or break a trip. Many of the young workers are on a visa work program,……

“The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!”
