“Great off season stay. Listing might want to mention that lifts run in summer too”

“The check-in process was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Before our arrival, I received an email and text message with a code to retrieve our room keys from a lockbox. Unfortunately, the information I was sent was not intended for us. We unknowingly entered a room that appeared to already be occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning. When I returned to the front desk to explain what had happened, the gentleman working there was rude and made me feel as though the mistake……

“The person I talked to on phone to help with my reservations was just the sweetest person ever. Did every thing she could to accommodate my evolving plans. Truly the best customer service ever!”

“We had an amazing stay. All around wonderful service. Wonderful staff that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the Hotel was amazing.”

“Charming, friendly, excellent breakfast. Loved the Curtis exhibit.”

“The tables by the river were nice and relaxing. Our room wasn’t ready at three. We applied for a king sized bed and got two queens. The toilet seat was loose. The floor was dirty and littered. Breakfast was to start at 7 AM and we got there at 7 but a dozen people were ahead of us and we didn’t have time to order warm food.”

“It was historical. Old School type. Our room was definitely different. Bedroom nice with nice bed. Tv in bedroom did not work. Sitting area when relaxing left much to be desired. One old chair and bistro iron table and chairs. Overhead light had 1 bulb instead of 3. Bathroom has pedestal sink and no place to set anything. It was quiet and we did have a nice sleep. Good parking in back.”

“It was like heaven! The bed was super comfy. The room was perfectly appointed. The soap was divine. The pool was amazing. We really enjoy the restaurant and the grounds. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Walking distance to the Square. If we ever come back to Taos, we will definitely come back to Hotel Willa.”

“Bathrooms desperately need a good cleaning . Check in- waited 15-20min for someone to come to the front desk. Noticed another person in the lobby working on a laptop made eye contact several times. Finally another very nice lady came rushing in to help me and answer the phones that were ringing off the hook. Meanwhile she calls across the lobby for the manager to help. Turns out the person working on the laptop was the property manager Brian. He apologized to me claimed he was so zoned out that……
