“The property is older, has been remodeled, but very poorly. A lot of amenities were not working scheduled a personalized soak and the tub wasn’t working. The tub in the bathroom cold water handle broke a lot of water damage around the toilet and shower area”

The communication was seamless—they reached out via text, which made everything incredibly convenient, and even sent a video clip with clear directions that took all the guesswork out of finding our cabin. To our surprise, our cabin was ready before check-in, giving us the option for an early arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. “This place was incredibly nice, clean and comfortable!! We had no issues with anything. It far exceeded our expectations and were taken aback by how nice the property was. We found ourselves a hidden gem! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The check in/out process was easy through email. We didn’t need to contact the owner for anything since everything was perfect. We’re so glad we stayed here and can’t wait until next time!”
