Reg Conn Centennial Park Tours

We stayed in room 101, the toilet float wasnt working properly and we had to wiggle it for it to work a couple times. The tap at the kitchenette was loose, the hot water was non existant, the floor in the room was sticky so we kept our shoes on. The room was some what presentable. It wasnt the best for someone who was in a wheelchair, but it did work. More of these places need rooms that are wider for wheelchair users. Especially when we need to do 2 person transfer lifts. The client care behind the desk was fantastic. She deserves and 'atta girl' award!

The staff were really great. Our room was not clean. The beds were clean, but the furniture, carpets and even the wood furniture inside the drawers were all stained. The carpets were full of stains, the furniture was full of stains. We opened a drawer in the desk and it was disgusting. Here was a bit of mold in the bathroom and the drain for the tub had soap scum. The rest of the property was well taken care of and looked clean ,but this part of the hotel should not be rented to guests. We only stayed because we had arrived late and it was a long travel day for us.
