The reason was that I had to pay if I booked on Expedia, but if I booked directly with them, I wouldn't have to. It was totally unreasonable. I drove for more than five hours to get there, and there was no way I could leave, so I had to pay. The next morning, they said that the room rate included breakfast, but the breakfast was a small paper bag with a very disgusting cupcake package, a paper-wrapped orange juice, an energy bar, and a fruit cup for 25 cents. After opening it, it was full of plastic smell. My child and I couldn't eat it, so we threw it all away. This is the worst breakfast I have ever encountered in a hotel in my life, no doubt about it.
