Beautiful OCEANFRONT pet-friendly duplex with five spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two powder rooms, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The ground level offers a one-car garage with beach chairs, an extra refrigerator to store drinks and ice, a laundry room with a full washer & dryer, a powder room, and a ground-level bedroom with a queen bed. This level provides direct access to the beach, boardwalk, and outdoor shower. A spiral staircase gives you access to the 2nd level (main living space) with amazing OCEANVIEWS. You can access the 2nd level (main living space) through the front door to avoid the spiral staircase. The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area to expand your living space and open up the French doors to the balcony, which is OCEANFRONT. This balcony is perfect for dolphin-watching with your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening with a cocktail. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights, a sizeable SMART TV, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area will make you feel at home. The 3rd level of this duplex provides two additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and a large primary bedroom with a king bed and OCEANFRONT balcony.
The final 4th level offers a spacious bedroom and full hall bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW: One dog under 40 lbs is permitted with a pet fee. This home rents from Saturday to Saturday. There is a small electric grill in the garage for guest use. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
