Check in was quick, great customer service, everthing in the room was nice clean, shower was great, heater worked good, breakfast was great. I will be staying there every time i go to Gallup, New Mexico. I will recommend this place to everyone!!

Location was convenient to I-40. The room was fairly basic but clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast was nice, typical hotel breakfast buffet with a person making omelettes. Denny's is next door if you want something more. I would stay here again if travelling on I-40.

The staff was great, check in/out very simple. Well equipped room and as other reviews indicated, the lady cooking made to order omelets for breakfast did a wonderful job. All in all , it was a wonderful stay for the night. We’ve been traveling by road for over a week and we’ve ended up with lots of stuff to unload to our room. My only negative comment is that the room we chose (king size bed) was quite small. It was probably mostly our fault because we had some much luggage! But I would advise you to pack lightly!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the breakfast with omelets and biscuit and gravy. The hotel was in a noisey area with frequent trains nearby and sound carries from the lobby. We could hear staff talking from our room on 2nd floor.

Good experience overall. The made to order omelets at breakfast were great. The only negative was there was not an elevator and we were on the second floor. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. They stated they were in the process of taking out their pool and will be putting in an elevator.
