"Very clean facility. Staffers were continuously mopping and wiping when I was checking in. My first room didn't have a refrigerator and the manager kindly moved me to another room. I have no complaints. I only stayed 1 night."

What stood out was how the staff handled it. They didn’t make excuses or push blame..they stepped in and helped me get things sorted. Management made sure I was taken care of, and that meant a lot. You can tell they actually care about guests, not just the business."

"The rooms have always been clean, but some of the furniture in the rooms (suite, specifically, on my last visit) are dated, scratched up with wobbly legs… Most of the furniture in that suite should be removed—minimalism is the trend. I stay here often to fly out of New Orleans and will continue to book. Too bad updates aren’t feasible for this peroperty."
