Preço alto pelo que oferece, não entendi se as Thermas (lotada) e sem muita opção, não sei se está ligada ao hotel, recepciona bem o verão, mas o inverno dia frio não tem muitas opções, as banheiras com hidromassagem do hotel estava muito boa poderem poderia ter sais de banho, toalhas uma por dia e roupão um a cada 2 dias ainda mais dias frios e úmidos não seca, não gostei, poderia ter banheiras também individuais para melhor privacidade para hóspedes que estão indo sozinhos, não achei um custo benefício interessante, mas todas as vezes que fui no hotel a mudanças na estrutura, deu mais vontade de ficar no hotel que ir nas Thermas, poderiam add sauna no hotel. E um pouco confuso o anúncio e as Thermas

Estou bem chateada, ficamos em uma torre, mas para tomar café, usar piscina precisava sair no frio para outra torre. Bar da piscina terceirizado, cada produto adquirido precisa ser pago na hora, sem uso de comanda, cada consumo você precisa sair da água para efetuar pagamento. E para completar hoje pela manhã fui tomar banho e um pedaço do gesso caiu sobre minha cabeça, estou dolorida e um pouco tonta. Fomos até a recepção informar, não me ofereceram nenhum suporte, nem pediram seu havia me machucado, apenas pediram desculpas. Nesse momento retornando para minha cidade extremamente chateada e chocada com o atendimento que recebemos.Gostaria de chamar a atenção da gerência, acho inadmissível a condução dada a minha situação, problemas podem acontecer, mas é preciso dar o mínimo de suporte, a responsabilidade pela manutenção da estrutura do local é do hotel, presando pelo bem estar e segurança do hóspede.
