“A first class stay. I cannot get over the flexibility, friendliness and how helpful was their receptionist(Maria). If only there was a way to stay there again! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There also is a fridge and microwave for use. ”

“Family of four heading South.The hotel was easy to find and with plenty of secure parking.The hotel was modern, spotless and the reception friendly. The room was like a mini apartment sans kitchen, with a separate toilet, shower room, two bedrooms (one double, two singles). Super comfy beds and we all slept the whole way through. Breakfast was more than adequate. If you are looking for the absolute best breakfast (a sport for many, including us), this is not it, but don't let that deter you.……

“For the cheap price, it’s fine. But my room stunk of smoke, someone before must have smoked out of the window. It was a basic functional room with en-suite on way to Switzerland. Wouldn’t stay here for more than a night. Staff were friendly and check in was easy opposite the hotel in the other hotel. Arrived just after 9pm and staff were still there.”

“L’appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes peut être acceptable pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit , dans le salon, n’est séparé de la cage d’escalier des communs que par une porte toute simple avec un énorme jour en dessous qui laisse passer l’air froid ( et la porte d’entrée en bas de l’escalier ne ferme pas du tout. Il faisait -5 degrés dehors) et le bruit de passage. La nuit où nous avons « dormi »là, les personnes qui louaient l’appartement au dessus sont rentrées au milieu de la nuit et ont fait……

“Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. ”

“大門很難開，水龍頭扣環壞掉，早上服務人員態度很差。”

“La chambre était trop froide. J’ai demandé à la dame à l’accueil d’augmenter la température, elle l’a réglée à 24 °C, mais nous n’avons ressenti aucune différence. En retirant maladroitement un drap, nous avons constaté que beaucoup de saleté était cachée dessous. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité : pas d’œufs, seulement un peu d’emmental, de la confiture, des croissants et des pains au chocolat. En revanche, le personnel à l’accueil, aussi bien le soir que le matin, était gentil. Mis à part……

“La Chambre n'était pas très propre, surtout la salle de bain, beaucoup de traces de calcaire qui jaunissent la douche, Mais surtout un GASPILLAGE MONSTRUEUX D'EAU , pour avoir de l'eau chaude il faut ouvrir le robinet de l'évier simultanément avec la douche pendant 5mn minimum ???!!!! Des litres d'eau perdu par manque d'entretien, ”
