The rooms were lovely with a view of the lake and hillsides. We opted to dine at the hotel which is where the only negative aspect of our visit occurred. "Our stay here was wonderful. Jaoa and Vera were very friendly hosts. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The building is old but renovated beautifully but sympathetically. At breakfast there was good choice of food all very fresh and delicious. (Too much choice) The staff were friendly, helpful and always polite. Could not find any fault. Stayed 4 nights and visited places close by. Would recommend and would stay again. 😍"

"I stayed for just one night whilst on Camino, the room was excellent, extremely clean and very comfortable. Because it’s a new hotel, they weren’t yet offering meals other than breakfast which was a little sparse but ok. The staff were very helpful in ordering me a takeaway which was delivered to the hotel for me. They are in the process of installing a kitchen so that evening meals can be supplied. Would recommend to anyone walking the caminhos de Fátima "
