It was a location that made our travel easier that defined the choice of this hotel. Our concern was whether it will be noisy near airport but no, we had no problem with that.

Nice hotel but booked 4 months ahead of time and when arrived they booked us next to utilities room. You would have thought they would give us a less noisy room. Noise all day and night in bathroom.Had to keep door closed. Two lights out when we arrived. One needed bulb replaced and other reading light said needs rewiring. There three days and no one ever came in to fix light.

I was told at reservation time I could park my car while I flew out of Sandston for a week. I asked numerous times. Got there and it wasn’t so. It caused great hardship and more money for me to park my car. They didn’t care.
