Sat with my kids for 30 minutes on a dirty hallway floor waiting for maintenance to replace a door battery. #2 1 towel, 1/2 roll of toilet paper in newly cleaned room #3 Duct tape on the refrigerator door #4 Broken cabinet door laying on the kitchen counter #6 Broken dresser drawer in the bedroom #7 couch cushion heavily stained #8 AC vent covered with dust #9 microwave open/close button jammed #10 no plastic bag liner in the kitchen trash can #11 multi-floor parking garage does not have an elevator at all. You cannot push a luggage cart up the ramps. #12 parking garage stairs smell like pee and have homeless people sleeping in one section. #13 Complained to front desk and they refused to credit our stay because "we used a third party company (Hotels.com) to purchase the room. I paid $1,000 for 3 days at the terrible hotel. If you decide to stay, at least stay away from room 1303."
