“I booked this hotel based on the high ratings at Hotels.com, but unfortunately my experience didn’t quite match the expectations those reviews created. The building is noticeably worn out and in need of renovation. There is no elevator, and the only way up is via steep, narrow, winding staircases that require real caution when carrying luggage or simply moving between floors. The rooms are extremely poorly soundproofed. It was so noisy that it often felt as if other guests were standing inside……
