"Staff was very nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken so we had to haul our bags & bikes to the second floor. Room was very small, but adequate. (Water pressure in shower was strong and the shower head did not adjust, so it pelted you) Lobby and grand staircase were beautiful, and there was plenty of convenient parking. (Pool was not open yet, just a tad bit too cold yet) Overall, a nice place to stay for a night or two. *Note: Property is approximately 40 minutes from Old Rag trailhead."

"We wanted to visit Shenandoah National Park and wanted a private cabin to call home for the week. Nina was top notch and so easy to communicate with if needed. Cabin was super clean, amazing views and glorious hot tub after a day of hiking. If you’re looking for a comfy quiet spot, this is for you! Thanks Nina for sharing your wonderful cabin with us!"

"The view was beautiful and in close proximity to the Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. We were, however, disappointed that we could not wash our clothes over 4 days because the washer was full of mold and mildew. While we knew that we had to bring our own sheets, pillow cases and towels, this was the first cabin at which we had to do this. For these reasons, we would probably not rent it again."

"The hotel and room were okay, and the breakfast was good. However, I was disappointed to find a large stain on my sheets that I didn’t notice until the morning. As far as the checkout experience. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, but no one showed up. While I was standing there, I checked my email and saw I needed to check out electronically. There was no communication about this beforehand, so I had no way of knowing."
