Toilet felt like it was coming out the wall when u sat on it. Htl shud b dhut down until improvements r made. Msg Decho came 2 the rm & witnessed the problems. The other nt agt who was there on Thur nt when we ckd n, came & saw the shedded skin on the sheets n my bed. I saw the filty as soon as I rolled the top sheet bk. I booked this hotel through Expedia. The process was fast and easy. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was fast and easy. The problem was the room. It was dirty with and had several items from the last guest. There was food in the mini-fridge, money (change) on the table, something green smeared on the wall by the bed, and underwear left in the bathroom. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who quickly came to inspect the room and "pick" off the green smear on the wall. We decided not to stay. I contacted Expedia. Expedia staff confirmed my issues and immediately refunded my money. Thanks Expedia. I had to clean the bathtub, “hair” in it… The was stuck room #120 The front desk check in was poor in service. But the check out front desk guy was not only poor but terrible and rude yielding at me in front of my kids because the breakfast was 20 minutes later. I asked him to help us (every thing was in place) because we had to be in the ball park in 20 minutes.
