Great location with shops easy to reach as well as the beach. Room was very dated, cracks in the basin, tiles and dirty floor and walls. Two of the reception staff were unfriendly and did not provide any itemised receipt on check out, tried to charge me twice for the booking thankfully I had a receipt to prove I had already paid. Overall not the best experience.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and amazing (in special Marcela). Very clean, amazing breakfast and the hotel location is great! You can just walk to beach, restaurants e grocery store. I will definitely come back

Disappointing Stay Despite Cleanliness & Breakfast

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was actually good, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had two twin beds with low-quality, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. The room itself was small, noisy, and poorly designed, with no place to hang towels in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The most frustrating part for me was the lack of basic hospitality. Upon arrival, you’re immediately faced with stairs, and not a single staff member offered help with luggage, yet again during check out. That lack of support really set the tone for the stay. Overall, we were disappointed and would not return.

Maravilhoso

Equipe bem gerida com um atendimento atento e personalizado ao cliente. Quartos absolutamente limpos, lobby impecável e café da manhã saboroso. A localização é excelente, uma quadra da praia. Sou originário da cidade e afirmo sem hesitar que se trata do melhor custo benefício de hospedagem de Niterói. Parabéns ao Thiago e sua equipe!

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso. No café da manhã tem um rapaz meio mal-humorado, mas as mulheres são gentis. Para estar com conformidade com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, o hotel deveria sinalizar no quarto o valor da água, que parece cortesia mas não é.

Estadia ok para trabalho, porém banheiro tinha sinais claros de infiltração, cantos no banheiro que não foram limpos, e acabamentos a desejar em algumas áreas. A equipe da cozinha oferece um excelente serviço. Pratos muito bem feitos e saborosos. Embora diga que não tem estacionamento, tem vaga mediante ordem de chegada, e você pode vir a conseguir vagas na rua bem em frente ao hotel.

Grande insegurança

A acomodação é confortável, no que tange a comodidade dos quartos bem como ao atendimento. O café da manhã é ruim, com poucas opções, produtos não frescos e de ruim gosto e aparência. Tudo bem básico e não aprazível. Todavia, o grande destaque é a insegurança. A acomodação fica em uma rua não muito movimentada e não há nenhum segurança na porta. Se for de madrugada, não há nem pessoas na recepção. Logo, qualquer pessoa de fora pode entrar no hotel, transitar por ele e ir até as acomodações. É bem inseguro.

Personal sehr gut,stinkendes Bettzeug ,Kissen. Koffertragen muss man sich selber drum kümmern,obwohl ersichtlich behindert. Einfaches Frühstück,aber gut und vielseitig,genug und sauber. Erstemal gesehen und ich kenne viele Hotels wurde die Temperatur vom Essen gemessen.

Falta de cordialidade da recepção

O recepcionista que fez nosso check in, não poderia ser mais seco e inútil. Uma má vontade, que eu juro que se não fosse de madrugada, teria me feito sair pra procurar outro hotel. Não pretendo voltar lá, por ele, especificamente. Além disso, o hotel tem somente 3 vagas na frente (informação dada pelo recepcionista, não sei é verdade). E sair pra procurar vaga de madrugada, e ter que parar longe do hotel, não foi das experiências mais agradáveis.

Hotel médiano.mas com preço elevado, a garagem não cabe se o carro for grande, e o atendimento é muito ruim, desde a governanta até o rapaz que ficou a noite, umas caras feias e muita má vontade. Não voltaria.
